Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to lovechemist.shop and to the personalized pet-book programs known as L.O.V.E. T.A.I.L.S. T.A.L.E.™, as well as all products, services, creative programs, and business matters offered by Nicole Miller under Yoyo Flowers™ and related brands.

By visiting this website, submitting a questionnaire or photograph, requesting creative services, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies incorporated into them.

Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and lawful information. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, photographs, personalization instructions, shipping addresses, and other order details before submitting or approving them.

Products and Creative Services

Products may include personalized digital books, printed books, coloring books, journals, bookmarks, artwork, canvas prints, pet accessories, phone cases, ordinary merchandise, and related creative services.

Colors, positioning, cropping, proportions, and other details may vary between digital previews and manufactured products. Product mockups are examples and may not represent the exact size, placement, color, or finish of the completed product.

Personalized designs are artistic interpretations. Exact photographic likeness, color matching, or reproduction of every physical detail is not guaranteed.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Prices, promotions, coupon terms, and product availability may change without notice. A purchase is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Personalization and Proof Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully. Approval authorizes production or final delivery.

Unless a product listing states otherwise, one digital proof and one reasonable correction are included. Additional corrections, redesigns, new photographs, or material changes may require an additional fee.

Work completed before a cancellation or major change remains compensable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before personalization, design work, manufacturing, or fulfillment begins.

Once creative work or production has begun, an order generally cannot be canceled or refunded. If only part of the work has been completed, Yoyo Flowers may determine whether a partial refund is appropriate after deducting completed work and nonrecoverable expenses.

Intellectual Property

All original stories, illustrations, designs, layouts, logos, characters, brand names, product concepts, and other creative materials supplied by Yoyo Flowers or Nicole Miller remain protected intellectual property unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers particular rights.

Purchasing a product gives the customer the right to use the completed item for personal, noncommercial purposes. It does not transfer copyright or authorize reproduction, resale, alteration, commercial use, merchandise production, artificial-intelligence training, or distribution.

L.O.V.E. T.A.I.L.S. T.A.L.E.™, Yoyo Flowers™, Ponytails’ Tale, related collection names, and associated creative elements may not be copied or used without permission.

Customer-Submitted Materials

By submitting photographs, names, stories, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. You grant Yoyo Flowers and its service providers the limited permission necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and deliver your order.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before submitting an image of another person, child, or pet belonging to someone else.

Unlawful, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate submissions may be rejected.

Third-Party Services

Wix, Printful, payment processors, shipping carriers, printers, and other service providers may assist with payment, manufacturing, hosting, order processing, and delivery. Their services may be governed by additional terms.

Yoyo Flowers is not responsible for outages or delays outside its reasonable control but will make reasonable efforts to assist with verified order problems.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yoyo Flowers and Nicole Miller are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, customer-supplied errors, third-party interruptions, carrier delays, or improper use of a product.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Ohio, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s location.

Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. The version posted when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
